Personal Background

Martin "A.K.A" Mick Perez  was born and raised in San Diego Ca. surfing the beaches up and down the San Diego coastline as a young boy. He also played the piano and entertained local restaurants at the age of seven.  In high school, Mick began his studies on guitar, playing in local bands around town. Soon after high school he began teaching music at several local music stores while pursuing his music career.  He later joined the band Warrior where he contributed his talent on the Ancient Future and Code of Life albums. Mick moved to L.A. to continue his dream as a known artist while teaching music. Utilizing his creative skills, Mick embarked on a new and exciting career of Real Estate. Quickly rising to the fourth top producing Realtor in the company of 150 Realtors, Mick realized the neccessity of his wife and partner Julie Perez.

Prior to Julie's Real Estate career, she brought years of experience from her background in accounting and escrow at Fidelity National Title. Her attention to detail is essential to the unity of this dynamic team. Julie has mastered the art of internet marketing and advertising, attracting more than 500,000 on-line property views on a single listing.

Mick and Julie's compassion for people, negotiations, marketing and management skills complete this powerhouse of a real estate team! As a Real Estate team, Mick and Julie understand the importance of delivering a stress free, secure and successful transaction.
